WHO AM I?

I am a Quality Assurance Engineer transitioning from a strong technical support background. I have hands-on experience investigating software issues, reproducing bugs, validating fixes, and documenting technical findings with clarity.

In my previous role, I handled 20–30 cases daily, identifying recurring issues in workflows such as automations and scheduling, while collaborating with technical teams to ensure accurate resolutions. My background in support has strengthened my ability to think from the user's perspective, communicate effectively, and analyze system behavior in real-world scenarios.

Currently, I am focusing on building my QA expertise through structured testing practices, including test case creation, bug reporting, and exploratory testing.
